It
is a pleasure to write you concerning the Commander Board sign
you made for our business. We have been using it for over 12 months
and really like the ability it gives us to promote our individual
listings and the different services we offer.
Because
we have over 30,000 cars per day passing in front of our location,
we wanted to take full advantage of the advertising opportunity.
As you know we are well identified with two electric signs and
an awning over our entrance, however as well done as they are,
they can only tell people who we are and where we are located.
With our new Commander Board, we now have been able to tell a
lot more to potential dients about a variety of different things.
Every
week we like to put up new listings on each side of our Commander
Board. It helps create more interest and brings prospects into
our business. Numerous residential and commercial listings have
been sold as a direct result of people seeing it on our sign.
Just the other day, a new client saw that we managed properties
on our sign and came in to discuss the management of two apartment
investments he had and was tiered of handling by himself. He now
uses our service and has also referred two of his friends.
